New apartments and a shopping arcade at a central location 

Riedberg Mitte continues to grow. Now that RiedbergZentrum has been filled with shops, service-providers and restaurants it's time for a new development on the western side: There is going to be a new complex with apartments to rent or buy as well as a new shopping arcade. Both construction and sales are due to begin in August. The name "BelAir" represents the fresh air that breezes in from the nearby Taunus hills and the view of the Frankfurt skyline. By 2013, four new buildings between Riedbergallee, Riedberg square and Robert-Koch-Allee should be built: three residential buildings with a total of 78 apartments, another building with 44 apartments and 1,300 square metres of retail space on the ground floor. The rooms are 2.7 metres high, have floor to ceiling windows that provide plenty of light and over all it can be said that clean lines dominate the picture. The ground floor apartments have a private garden area, directly adjacent to a sheltered, park-like green area.

"Riedberg BelAir" complements the existing Riedberg centre and completes the Riedberg urban space on the western side. The RiedbergZentrum offers a wide range of shops, restaurants and services. You'll find everything from medical centre to supermarkets, restaurants to cafés. The light rail station U8/U9 is right in front of your door and the Goethe University campus is just minutes away. The emerging Riedberg secondary school, the Kätcheslach park and child care facilities are within walking distance.
